By using The Gator, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

The Gator provides educational exercises, simulated AI conversations, and real-world practice prompts for respectful social confidence. It is not a dating service, therapy, medical advice, emergency assistance, or a guarantee of any social outcome. AI responses may be inaccurate.

Respectful use

You must respect consent, boundaries, rejection, safety, and applicable law. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or pressure another person. Stop an interaction when the other person shows disinterest or asks you to stop.

Purchases

Premium access is offered through an annual auto-renewable subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Trial availability and prices are displayed before purchase. Annual subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles billing, refunds, cancellation, and purchase restoration under App Store rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in Settings. Deleting an account permanently removes linked profile and progress data but does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain safety, security, or service quality. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms. Material term changes will be communicated through the service or this page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of social, personal, or commercial results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
